SurveysIt’s really very easy these days (and inexpensive)  to do some hugely valuable consumer research online.

Significant research used to be something that you had to employ really expensive researchers to undertake: people with clipboards, consumer panels, mainframe computers and doctorates in statistical analysis.

But if you have a website, you can just ask the people who visit you what they think. About anything, really: general customer satisfaction; how they use the website; how they view your services, or your bricks and mortar facilities.
We can design a nice, user-friendly questionnaire that your web visitors can fill in should they choose to do so.  You can ask as many questions (or as few) as you like. We collect all of the data, analyse it and present it back to you in an elegant, concise format. In plain English.

Last year we did a major online Readers’ Survey for What Hi-Fi? Sound & Vision Magazine. The survey got just over 7,000 responses and gave our client, Haymarket Publishing, a huge amount of current data about how their customers read the magazine , how they used the website, what hi-fi they bought and where, what kinds of group their readers and users clustered into and their demographic profiles -  it’s a gold mine!

Maybe you could use something like that?  Give us a call, and we’ll talk about what you need and what we could do for you.
